Major Byron Buckles is a fictional character who appeared in the Hogan's Heroes episode, Hogan Goes Hollywood. He was played by Alan Oppenheimer.
An ego-driven Movie star - his contract states if captured he must be exchanged for three German Generals [and every film has to be made up of 60% closeups of him] he claims to have visited the Hollywood Canteen three times in two years!
