Colonel Feldkamp is a fictional character who appeared in the Hogan's Heroes episode, The Battle of Stalag 13. He was played by Howard Caine.
Colonel Feldkamp comes to Stalag 13 to tell Klink that there has been a wave of sabotage around the area of Stalag 13. Feldkamp claims that the sabotage was done by the loyal German citizens of Hammelburg. He orders Klink to let him borrow Stalag 13 as his headquarters.
After having a conflict with General von Kattenhorn, Colonel Feldkamp was blamed by Kattenhorn for stealing his staff car while it was actually stolen by Newkirk and Carter dressed as Gestapo men.
Regardless of his fate at the end of the episode, The Battle of Stalag 13, Colonel Feldkamp is mentioned later on in the series in the Season 3 episode 18 "Is there a doctor in the House?" in which Colonel Hogan refers to a "Colonel Feldkamp from Stalag 15". This may have been in reference to another character entirely, or a mistake as the two could not possibly have been the same character.
When you see him in his dress uniform it is the uniform of a SS brigadefuhrer which is a General.
"I see nothing! Nothing!"
